Ofir Shwartz
Ofir Shwartz (Hebrew: אופיר שורץ) (born on 1979, in Haifa) is an Israeli award-winning jazz pianist, composer, arranger and producer. The Ofir Shwartz Trio was formed in 2006 and creates new music ever since.
== Career ==
Back in 2006, Ofir Shwartz has formed his debut band as a leader, the Ofir Shwartz Trio, consisting of a piano, double bass, and drums. The trio gained significant success among jazz fans around the world,〔(Ofir Shwartz Trio - Shades of Fish album review on Jazz Port (Slovak) )〕 and has released two albums. In 2010 Ofir Shwartz has recorded Earlier in Time, his debut album as a band leader, for the label sHmoo Records; the album has received great reviews from both the crowd and the media.
